Shipping information

For orders of $100 or more, FREE SHIPPING is offered in the US.

All items will be shipped within three (3) business days following receipt of payment.
Sales tax will be added to orders shipped to Buyers in New York. 
International buyers are responsible for any local fees, such as customs clearance, import duties, sales tax, etc.
Orders ship Monday-Friday.
Some items may ship separately.
Shipping times vary for domestic and international shipments. Please contact our customer service department for specific shipping inquiries.
Unfortunately, we cannot split up an order and ship to multiple locations. If you wish to send items to different locations, you will need to place a separate order for each shipping address.
Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the shipping address once an order goes into processing.
We work with different courier service companies depending on the country of product’s origin. We have worked hard on choosing the best and most reliable courier service companies in the market to meet your expectations but, since some of the products are being shipped from the overseas, please take into consideration the possibility of longer travel time.
We are not liable if you do not receive your package on the delivery date. Courier service companies are responsible for all delivery dates.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Refanala LLC has no control over these charges, nor can Amazon predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Tracking your order – confirmation is emailed to you once you make your purchase and a separate confirmation will be sent once your order is shipped out. Please allow 7 business days before inquiring about the status of your order. We are not considered liable for return shipping or lost returns or lost/stolen packages. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records.
If you want to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost. We are not responsible for lost packages.
